Helidrill also has huts and associated camping equipment that can be flown to the site so that we can camp on site to negate the need to be dependant on the weather for flying to and from the rig each This rig is capable of drilling to the following depths:\n<br><br>\nPQ \u2013 80 metres<br>\nHQ \u2013 180 metres<br>\nNQ \u2013 250 metres\n<br><br>\nIt is mounted on a Mitsubishi LD400 dump Truck, which is on rubber tracks. It can be moved easily between holes and is especially useful for wet or swampy ground.<br> By using the Mitsubishi the rigs requires minimal support because all the drill rods and other drilling equipment can be carried with the rig.<br> The rig can be easily removed from the deck of the dump track and put back on its base frame.
